i almost gave this place a good review, but the tiny breakfast area forced me to eat in my room—how delightful, not. also, the lift was practically a relic, rarely available and took forever. to top it off, definitely expected some sort of special welcome for the inconvenience like a complimentary drink or something, but no such luck.

The bathroom was tremendous and the
daily breakfast choice was extensive. The staff were always kind and helped with local recommendations. The only downside was the noise from the street at night, but overall, the location is fantastic for exploring Bari.

We truly enjoyed the amazing location, just steps away from the train station and a short walk to the stunning old town. The staff were so friendly and even took the time to recommend local spots for ice cream, which my kids loved!
My kids wished for more breakfast options, like some savory choices.

The location is fab, just steps from the train station. My room was charming and spick and span. I particularly loved the fresh bottle of water that was complimentary!
The wifi was more like a snail than a cheetah. And I do wish I had a balcony—would've been splendid for my morning coffee!

Family with children perfect escape
I gotta say, the staff was just amazing! They were so friendly and were always smiling, which made us feel right at home. Plus, they took the time to recommend the best local restaurants, trust me, you gotta try the seafood, it’s incredible! Oh, and breakfast was served right in our room at the time we wanted and the pastries were fresh, not your usual stale stuff.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still worth it.

The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from the train station and surrounded by vibrant shops and eateries. The breakfast served in the room was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options that started the day off right. However, the evenings can be a bit noisy, and the shower pressure needed a little boost to enhance comfort. The air conditioning wasn’t necessary for us, but it’s a nice touch for warmer days.
